Variegated Epipremnum pinnatum imported from Indonesia received April 7th.- I pack with care so all sells are final. I can't be responsible for weather or USPS damage or delay.
- However if there is a problem with your order, please message me within twenty four hours of receiving your package so we can try and resolve the issue. I want all of my buyers to be happy and satisfied and if I am responsible for any problems I will always correct the problem.
-All plants are in optim...al health and documented as such before shipping. Each purchase includes $50 free insurance and the option to add more. Please message me immediately after purchase to insure plant for full amount. If something does happen due to USPS negligence then the buyer should file a claim with USPS. Please note that the yellowing and dropping of a few leaves is normal after shipping a plant due to the stress of being in a dark box and change of environment but with proper care the plant will normally acclimate and bounce back. I also can't be responsible for plant failure due to buyer care.
- Please keep possession of plant and shipping container if damage occurs in order to get a refund in case USPS needs physical proof of damage.
