Six-character Chenghua mark in underglaze blue onthe base (Da Ming Cheng Hua Nian Zhi) - made during the Chenghua reign of theGreat Ming dynasty. The Chenghua Emperor (Zhu Jianshen) was the ninth Emperorof the Ming Dynasty (1465 – 1487). Diameter 10”, 1.1/2” high.
