Very Rare, Clean, Working, HERBRAND - No. S-12 - Crank Handle Speed Ratchet.
1/2 inch Drive.
Selector switch has 3 positions, clockwise, counter clockwise, and fixed.
Ratchet mechanism works fine in all 3 positions.
There are NO previous owners markings.
There is NO plating loss that i can see.
Boldly marked, very visible.
Has been very well cared for.
Made in the U.S.A.
Has some small dings, scratches, stains, and small spots of pitting from use and age.
...Looks to have been used very little.
