INSIDE ARE PHOTOS OF A WAVE AND AN OLDER MAN OFFICER (CPO HAT BADGE IS VISIBLE)? COULD BE FATHER & CHILDREN? RELATIONSHIP UNKNOWN ASSUMING "ALL IN THE FAMILY".
