Here we have a rare pocket watch from the Waterbury Watch Co. This is a series E movement having a clean case and dial. The dial appears to be undamaged and the movement does run but starts and stops, mainspring may need to be replaced. This is being sold as a piece for restoration. I am starting this low with the ability to make offers prior to the first bid (hint - offers should be higher than this starting bid). Good luck.
