Welcome! Presenting an antique Vail Brothers, Philadelphia PA clear glass Ideal Tooth Powder bottle that appears to have been dug up. It measures 4 inches high to the top of the lip and about 1 5/8 inches wide at the widest point of the body. The base is about 1 3/8 inches square.This bottle has remnants of an old label still sticking to it, with words and information such as "Ideal Tooth Powder", "Price 25 Cents" and "Saponaceous Pleasant to Use". There's also ...an image of an eye at the neck above the word "Ideal". The glass on the back panel of the bottle words in relief "VAIL BROS." above the VB logo with "PHILADA, PA" below the logo. Vail Brothers was known for perfumes that it sold in lovely little glass bottles, but they marketed some other items as well, including tooth powder.PLEASE NOTE: This bottle is very dirty, it leans somewhat to the left when viewing it from the front, the original label is in remnants and the outer rim of the lip has a small, smooth indentation in it. This bottle is offered "As Is". Please see photos.
