Antique Print John of Gaunt's House, below the Hill, Lincoln 1726 18th Century, Samuel & Nathaniel Buck. A nice example of one of the Buck's Antiquities prints published in the 18th century. The buck Bros toured the country drawing Castles, Abbeys and Ruins before producing prints from copper plate. They were Architectural draughtsmen and their images are accurate records with excellent perspectives.The paper is in fairly clean condition considering it is over 200 years o...ld and would frame up nicely .Dimensions are approx. 44cm by 29cm with a few minor dirty marks on the edges.Print will be posted in a sturdy tube.
