This radio works perfectly on both bands. Tested with 3 "C" batteries and included AC adaptor. Batteries are not included. All buttons/switches work perfectly except AFC which is loose. Antenna is complete and straight but one side of tag for holding it when not in use, is broken off. Battery compartment is clean.
