This fabric has that incredible soft feel of the old cotton feed sack and will coordinate well with the colors in feed/flour sack prints. Wonderful additions to a collection or for use in a feed sack quilt or other project. F...abric is clean, colors clear, fabric strong. The color is true on my computer monitor, but color perception can vary by monitor and lighting. This fabric has been washed in hypoallergenic laundry soap, rinsed multiple times and ironed but it is recommended that the buyer wash the fabric before use in a project. I may have more of this dye lot available as well as many many other colors so please feel free to contact me with special requests on the colors. As we all know, there is little out there in fabric land that meets the intensity, uniqueness and clearness of the authentic feed and flour sack fabric. It is amazing fabric that has withstood time very admirably. It is also rather historical in its nature and there a wonderful survival story tied to feed and flour sack fabric. When you use feed and flour sack in your projects you are truly making something historical in nature. The solid colors make a quilt "pop" as a friend of mine who is Master Quilter always says.
