This is a rare early Van Briggle vase. It is not marked with Colorado Springs which they started doing in 1920; also the modeling is very well defined. It is not the usual colors of Van Briggle it is green towards the top and then a golden brown specked with dark brown going down the rest of the vase. On the vase is a curved plant stem topped with a small flower. It is the perfect size and shape for daffodils, (I love daffodils and grow a lot). I bought it ...about 35 years ago. Sadly when I bought it there we some chips around the base. I position it so you don't see the chips. The vase is 61/2" and 10" wide at the widest place. This is an unusual Van Briggle and I have not seen this color on any other Van Briggle.
