This listing is for a rare, complete first edition 1997 Blue Dog Calendar featuring the art of George Rodrigue. It features fine art images of the captivating Blue Dog. This poster-sized, museum-quality Blue Dog Art Calendar features, month-by-month, 12 beautiful Blue Dog prints, perforated and perfect for hanging. I am the original buyer and I bought it at the end of 1996 in the Bernardsville NJ indie bookstore, The Bookworm. It's been stored in my smoke free home ev...er since. I always intended to frame the posters but never did it. They were all originally attached at the top of the folder and are perforated. I did detach each month except December. There are no rips or tears in any of the posters. They have been stored in their original folder which measures about 20 3/4" x 14 3/4". Each detached poster measures about 19 7/8" x 14 3/8". Each poster has the title of the artwork and the date it was produced on the bottom lower right edge. The back of the calendar lists all the artwork, the medium, size and year produced. Please see photos which are part of the description. It has its original blue hangar at the top. Original purchase price was $30.
