Vintage auto tin - 5 Schrader VALVE INSIDES A SCHRADER'S SON, INC . BROOKLYN , N.Y. MADE IN USA . What might make it rare is the multiple dates on the down flap or crimp these are Pat , dates for the USA from APRIL . 4 1916 - MAY , 15 , 1917 - JUNE 15 , 1916 - JUNE 24, 1919 & only for frame of reference this is during the 1st World War until the end 1919 . Also on the 2nd flap is NOV, 14 1922 . Generally there are no dates... or maybe 1 or 2 never multiples . This tin is small 2 piece slide lid tin red on the top lid with large black font . Good condition scratches & paint missing or peeling on the edges & nicks . The inside is stainless metal darker on the back , scratches in the upper lid with set of #s etched into it . From your left to right [ 1320958 ] the tray is ribbed & a groove near the middle nice color very shiny , not flawless but close . Only the tray , ready to be used or displayed in collection . Several angles of the dates .

These tins are all from my late Grandfathers estate. My Grandfather collected these marketing tins for more than sixty years. He collected Aspirin Tins, Fuse Tins, Fishing Tins, Prophylactic Tins, and a whole lot more. We have more than 50 boxes of tins that we will be selling individually on eBay. We do our best to be as accurate as we can in our descriptions. The item portrayed in the picture is the one you will receive.
We do not work weekends. Our shipping center is not even open on Saturdays. I will do my best to answer questions through my phone during the weekend when I find free time, but the app will not let me send invoices with combined shipping. All of those transactions, plus shipping takes place during the work week, Monday - Friday.
SHIPPING: Please note our shipping charge. We live 23 miles away from our shipping center (Not a Post Office). We do NOT have USPS come to our location. We must drive 23 miles each way to get the items to a shipping center that charges for postage with tracking, packaging fees for boxes, padded shippers, bubble wrap, and their time. We apologize to anyone who does not like the cost but this is what we are charged and we must charge you the same. If you bid, expect that shipping cost. If you bid and win and chose not to pay, eBay will be notified.
We WILL combine shipping by adding $0.50 cents per tin to each additional tin (up to, but not exceeding $10). We DO encourage you to let us know if you are bidding on multiple items.
