For sale, is this rare, vintage, NOS Tie Bar.Made by Rochester Products in Rochester, NY - USA. NOS (New Old stock) Circa. the late 1960's / early 70's.The Tie Bar is marked: "Mark of Excellence" & "Rochester Products" on the rear.The metal is a gold toned alloy.Each Tie bar is approx. 2-1/4" long.NYS residents to pay sales tax.
