This is an obsolete City of London Police patch. This is the large black woven version which was worn on the back of the stab vest in the 2000's. These are very hard to find.I will send an invoice at the end of the auction with the correct postage for your destination. Buyer pays $14 for registered mail outside the UK. Postage within the UK is $5. Registered airmail is much safer since it allows tracking of packages and compensation in the event of los...s. For high value items and certain destinations with unreliable postal systems I will only ship under registered airmail. I am always willing to combine postage on multiple wins.
