ABOUT OUR ITEMS Our items are housed in a clean, smoke-freeenvironment. Unless otherwise stated, pre-owned, gently used plush/fabric itemsare lightly laundered or surface cleaned according to the manufacturer'sinstructions on the tags. Hard surface items have been wiped down with disinfectantwipes. All items have been inspected for rips, stains or flaws to the best ofmy knowledge. They are then measured, photographed, placed in clear product bags andtransported to a climate controlled facility for storage and protection. Aswith any new or used items, it is recommended that they be cleaned or launderedbefore use.
PAYMENTS Payment is due immediately for "fixed price" items. For auction items, payment is due within three (3) days of auction close. SHIPPING Orders are shippedwithin one (1) business day of receiving cleared payment. I ship daily Mondaythrough Friday via USPS with tracking (signature confirmation not included). Buyers can add signature confirmation at an additional cost of $2.60 by contacting me prior to purchasing item. I ship using the three Rs that benefit our planet, ~Reduce~Reuse~Recycle~ therefore, I reuse packing boxes and materials whenever possible. TERMS OF SALEI am sure you will bepleased with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, I doaccept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. I offer refund minus thecost of shipping and handling, plus a 10% restocking fee, unless the item youreceive is defective or not as described either through words or pictures. I accept returns with the following conditions:
* You must contact me within 14 days of receiving your item.
* Items must be shipped back to me with tracking within 30 days of delivery and arrive in the same condition as they were shipped. Please package itemscarefully. Poorly packed, damaged items can't be resold and therefore are noteligible for a return or exchange.
* The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping chargesare nonrefundable since those fees have been paid to USPS.
* In the event that your purchased item was damaged in route to you, pleaseprovide photographs of the damage to the item and the damaged box as well. YouMUST KEEP ALL packing materials, or there will be no way to assist in yourrefund or insurance claim.
* NO refunds will be issued until product has been received at our returnaddress, no exceptions.
UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES:
It is the Buyer's responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct.If your package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the cost of theitem ONLY, minus any postage paid. The Post Office will not refund my shippingcosts. Therefore, I cannot refund any costs back to you.
LOSS OR THEFT OF A PACKAGE
