SUPERB Antique 10 3/4" Tailors Scissors Shears by WINTER, Refurbished Old Tool SUPERB Antique 10 3/4" Tailors Scissors Shears by WINTER, Refurbished Old Tool You are bidding on a SUPERB pair of Antique 10 3/4" Tailors Scissors Shears by W...INTER in nice refurbished used condition. Measure approx. 10 3/4" overall ; 5 1/2" pivot to point.
These nice scissor have been dismantled, thoroughly cleaned and the centre bolt oiled and retensioned.
Photos tell the story. Good legible maker's name to the pivot area as shown in close up photo.
These now cut ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY right to the tip, correctly rehoned on a reverse running cold wheel.
Pivot nut is secured with Loctite, will need gentle heat to dismantle for honing etc. Nothing to do for a VERY long time!
Good sturdy heavy pair of scissors. These weigh just over 410g before safe packing.Very distinctive and attractive shears.
