ANTIQUE ARTS & CRAFTS MISSION HAND HAMMERED COPPER CANDLE SCONCE. Meas. approx. 10 1/4"H X 4"W (at widest point near base). Features nicely designed and finely executed copper sconce in period Arts & Crafts Mission Design. Shows top cutouts, two raised oval shaped areas, tulip shape candle socket set on semi circular tubing mounted to back with faceted copper rivets. No makers mark anywhere, but this is decidedly too sophisticated for a scout project or high school shop cl...ass. Overall condition GOOD. Back patina darker than front which may have been cleaned at one time. Center mounting hole is unfinished on back as images show so not sure if that was a later addition. There is some minor scratches and rubs from use and storage but nothing detracting and only mentioned for accuracy. Photos clearly show ANY and ALL condition issues.
