Early 1960 ' S Classic Wake Forest University Football Nodder Bobblehead

Here is a 1960's Wake Forest University football nodder bobblehead that was created in Japan. The colors are precisely the colors of the Wake Forest football uniforms from the early 1960's--the era of the great Brian Piccolo of the hit ABC television movie "Brian's Song." The nodder stands about seven inches in height. On the base is a copyright that notes the year "196..." That is, the last number is missing from the year but information suggests that these kinds of nodders were... constructed between 1960 and 1963. My contemporary notes from many years ago states that the year was 1962. In any event, this classic nodder does show some signs of age. However, the slight crack line on the helmet and the piece missing from the bottom of the helmet on the left side are not visible from the front and do not detract from the overall presentation in my opinion. This is one of those rare unique opportunities for college football fans in general and Wake Forest followers in particular.
