Original Description:
I am a Nantucket basket maker juried andaccepted into the League of N.H. Craftsmen.  I am selling my collection ofNantucket basket molds and assorted tools.  This 9” flat back oval set (2) is used for making aNantucket purse, or Friendship Basket.  Both pieces are made of wood and can be put ona stand for ease of weaving.  The bottommold measures   9” X 5 ½”X ¾” (H).   The top mold is the same measurement  except for (H). The ...oval bases for the top andbottom molds measure 6” X 3”.   The sidesare classic Nantucket lines—that wonderful shape with barely noticeable gently curvingsides.   See my other auctions for more Nantucket basket molds.  100% guaranteed or full refund minus S&H.
