This is an original, authentic cabinet card photo from Wyoming of a sad, almost stunned, looking woman and a sweet little girl who I strongly believe is in post mortem condition. Convincing factors include the look of her eyes, the jumbled stance of her feet, the darkening of her left hand, and the position of the mother’s left arm/hand, which seems to be holding the little girl’s head in place from behind. This photo is in good antique condition, but has been trimmed across the to...p and possibly on the sides as seen in the first and last photos.
