Original Description:
Vintage mid century double gooseneck desk lamp is made by Dazor. Model 1000.
Tested and works!
Takes 2 17" fluorescent bulbs. Comes with 2 used working bulbs.
Has a few light scratches and scuffs and could use a good cleaning, but overall in good vintage condition with no major damage. There is some sticker residue and dirt in places that should clean up.
The top part that holds the bulbs measures 21.5" by 5". Base is 8" by 6". Totally upright, the lamp is 20" tall. But in ...a normal position it measures 15" tall. 
A great heavy duty industrial piece! Has original felt on the bottom.
