Mancave decor piece, largely untested estate find, the value spins freely and seems to lock, pump unlatches and pulls out and in, but the interior rubber gasket needs replacement because no pressure will build up.
Used, antique/vintage condition, metal and brass, has light rust, aging and wear.
Not sure of the age but I'm guessing early to mid 1900s.
Length is 18 1/2", weight is about 2 lbs. and 7 oz.
