Registered mail is the only way I can be sure a package arrives at its destination. Too many times the current Customs Declaration Form tracking number tracks the package into the Buyer’s country, but then stops tracking, and eventually I have to reimburse the Buyer. This has become cost prohibitive for me, so it was either make this change, or stop selling to International Buyers.
