Plants are shipped bare-rooted. The roots are cleaned before shipping.The pot and the soil are NOT included in the order. Only the plant is.Please note that some plants may lose leaves during the shipment. Sometimes we cut the leaves ourselves prior to the shipping to ensure safety for the plant during transit.The plants will grow new leaves once potted again.
Combined shippingIf you win multiple items, we will manually send you an invoice with combined shipping cost and then send your plants in one parcel (unless discussed otherwise via messages).
Phytosanitary certificate - $20If you wish to order the certificate, send us a message BEFORE you pay for the plant, as afterwards there is no possibility to edit the invoice.The cost is additional $20 per parcel, not per item won.Please note that issuing the certificate delays the shipping by up to a week.
If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your order upon delivery, contact us within 7 days and you can return the plants back. Shipping and handling is not refundable. The cost of the shipping is paid by buyer.
