A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO OBTAIN A VERY COOL AND RARE FERN IN A PHENOMENAL PRESENTATION!
This is the W - A - V - Y form of Campyloneurum angustifolium! The WAVY form makes this fern so impressive and for some reason I always plant these in tree fern pots. If you're familiar with tree fern pots, you know the plant roots... into the pot completely. The pot can be placed on a bench, table, etc and allowed to let its pendant fronds hang luxuriously, or you can simply take an orchid hanger and push the wires through the pot making it a hanging "pot". Either way, people who see my plants NEVER cease to be impressed with them.
Truth is tree fern pots are really cool for epiphytic ferns all around!!!
This plant is very tolerant. Quasi slowish growing. It likes warm temps and is very tolerant of intermediate temps as well. It enjoys a wet/dry cycle however seems to brush off overly wet conditions without much care.
The plant continues to spread out and eventually forms a dense thicket of wavy fronds, that quite frankly is out of this world. This fern doesn't get the attention that the monsters get (like platys and such) but it's a superstar for collectors and growers alike.

Pic 3 is an internet derived image of this wavy form, being shown as it is has achieved density not present in the auction plant yet. You can use your imagination to figure what this will look like in the tree fern pot!
A note on shipping: USPS (Postal Service) has lost their mind or something. If someone bids and wins this plant, this is how I will ship:
A) Mid Atlantic, Southeast USA, Texas and close by states, I will ship FEDEX or UPS Home delivery ground service. It will be FASTER than USPS Priority mail.
B) Any winner on the Western side of the USA I will be forced to use USPS since ground takes too long. Shipping to much of the USA has been taking as much as 5 days or even a bit longer with priority mail.
For what its worth, epiphytic ferns like this, shipped potted such as this, can take 5, 8, 10 days plus in a box without breaking a sweat so not too much to worry about.
