For sale is an WW I Army medical/sewing kit. When open this kit is 9 1/2" long and 4 3/4" wide. The kit has 3 pockets inside and a place to hold medical, necessary and sewing supplies. There are two flaps inside the kit that also open up. The kit has a string tie. One can see that pins have been inserted in a couple areas. At this time there are 2 different army buttons, 2 sized pins and a yellow string that is not wound. The kit folds into one... small 3-fold pack. The string is around the case.
