Cheers matesWhat you are looking at is a 70's NORTH DRUM Company model #C-22 Cymbal Boom Stand a very rare item. The stand is in good to fair condition. the stand is in good working order. The rubber feet are in good condition. The chrome finish  has some pitting, scratches, rust, minor flaking base has some dents, clamp is loose (see photos).
