I am recently retired with 29 years on the job. This shirt is worn. Neck cover is worn (see photos). I've worn this shirt on patrol for many years. I've worked in the Los Angeles Area all my career. It is dry cleaned with sharp creases. Its a Poly/wool blend (gaberdine). I'm 5'11" tall and 250 lbs so I am a big guy. I've had it altered to fit me. But you can have it altered to fit you.
