Antique Leather French Fashion Doll Boots or Slippers. They are lined with French Blue cotton which makes me think they are meant to be turned down. They measure 3 1/4” long and 1 1/4” wide, so meant probably for a large fashion doll. Condition: some wear to the leather and ties look to have been replaced.
