Selling is an Original 8"X 10" Black & White Double-Weight Proof Photo with borders of GRETA GARBO from 1933, in a promotional photo for the film, "QUEEN CHRISTINA", an MGM Production. Very RARE photo. HERE, GRETA GARBO is seen in her personal clothes in this behind the scenes portrait that used one of the throne chairs from "QUEEN CHRISTINA" for GARBO to use in this portrait. This photo is not a vintage original photo but is from the ori...ginal negative that was printed at a later date in the 1950s to 1960s on the old fiber paper by Eastman-Kodak.
There is nothing on the back of the photo, except a sticker of a previous owner and Greta Garbo is lightly penciled in on the back. (See Scan)Photo is in VERY GOOD condition, with minimal handling wear. There is some light edgewear in the corners. There is also a small tear on and near the bottom border. Great resolution and focus.
