Item History & Price
Reference Number: Avaluer:3066195 | Country/Region of Manufacture: Unknown |
What a fun set of salt and pepper shakers! This set is simple and fun. To access the salt and pepper, all you have to do is lift up the chicken's comb (see last photo). Each shaker is marked with an "S" or a "P". They The only discernible flaw is that the support glue used on the seams to ensure that these shakers wouldn't leak.It shows up as a brown stripe on both shakers. Other than that, there is some ...wear on the painted eyes but this is minimal and could easily be fixed if one so chose to do so. The original red corks are both in tact, tight fitting and present.
Each shaker stands 3 1/4 inches tall and are 2 1/2 inches wide, making them a larger shaker than most.
There are no chips, cracks, damages/flaws or repairs to this set other than what has already been mentioned.

We are excited to work with all potential customers. We will consider all serious offers. Please keep in mind, when considering sending an offer, as store owners we have invested our time and money into each item that we have in our store. We do our best to keep our pricing as low as possible while covering all of our costs and fees associated with the item and a minimal profit margin so that we can continue to invest in more items for your consideration. Please be respectful with your offers otherwise we will exercise our right to decline any unreasonable offer without explanation or counteroffer.
Shipping, Handling and Packaging of our Merchandise
We use the eBay shipping estimator when it comes to what to charge for shipping each item. We add $1.00 in handling charges (unless otherwise specified in our listing) to offset the cost of shipping supplies. Given that most of our items are fragile, the $1.00 in handling charges does not cover the cost to us for packaging but it does help to offset the high cost of such products (bubble wrap, boxes, foam, dividers, etc.)
We recycle and reuse boxes and packaging materials whenever possible in order to provide the lowest shipping costs possible to our customers. We take great care in packaging our pieces to ensure you will receive your item in the condition that you purchased it.
Most of the time, we will process your purchase within 1 day of full payment being received. However, we are shipping from a small rural town and therefore have very limited times that packages can be to the post office to ship out the same day (by 11:30 AM). If a package is taken to the post office after this time, it will not ship until the following business day. If you have made a purchase from us on a Friday (after 11:30 AM) - Sunday, it will not ship out until Monday, at the earliest, because of our local post office hours. This is why we have allowed ourselves the 2-day handling time.
Multiple Listing Purchases
Contact us if you are wanting to purchase multiple items from our store. We are willing to combine shipping costs on some items but not on all. This is because some pieces are very fragile and we do not want your purchase to arrive damaged. We will determine this on each multiple item purchase.
