VINTAGE EFFANBEE COMPOSITION SWEETIE PIE FLIRTY EYE BABY DOLL 24" SO ADORABLE!. Condition is Very good! This cutie pie has honey blond curly hair and blue flirty eyes! Beautiful and soft eyelashes are intact! She is wearing a beautiful, velvet one piece with matching booties. Very little cracks or crazing, but she is missing her big toe on one foot, but this is repairable! Small hole on her chest in the fabric, but it’s on the seam, so that is an easy, breezy fix as well!
