Vintage Barbie's Dream House Teenage Fashion Model Mattel 1962 Stock No. 816. This is an original, played with and loved item! It is in pretty good shape considering how much it was used!!! The outside of the house looks good. There is one of the black plastic pieces missing that secures the side of the unit to the base when it is folded out. And the "locking tabs" that hold the case closed are missing as well. But the plastic carry handle is still int...act on the top of the item! This item shows typical and expected use and wear for it's age. Please look at all pictures carefully, zooming in to get the details. Pictures are part of my description. Included with the house are the following: 1 plaid couch, 1 coffee table, 1 TV & stereo cabinet, 1 "lamp", 1 picture of Ken, 2 sets of books, 1 pink mirror that attaches to the vanity, 1 pink vanity chair, 8 plastic hangers, 1 bed, 1 blue chair and matching ottoman, 4 throw pillows (1 pink, 1 blue, and 2 gold). Sorry...I do not have the "records" that came with this set. All the cardboard pieces are intact, although most of them have "bent" legs! Some have tape on them as a way to try to keep them straight! Again...please see pictures! Sold as is, from a non-smoking home.Great old set for the Barbie collector!
