Vintage 1970's complete Boy Scouts uniform from Heart Of America Council Kansas Missouri troop #3198, includes long sleeve shirt with patches and #2 pinback, long pants, cap, belt, scarf plus Webeloes plaid scarf. This uniform is a blend of poly/cotton with reinforced knees. Tag size is missing, except cap is a 7. Uniform appears to be size 10-12.Measurements: Pants waist 24" (they were altered and could be made larger) inseam 25"Shirt across back of shoulders 13", chest 31", sleeve le...ngth from shoulder to bottom of cuff 17", length from top of neck to bottom of back 22", belt measures 29" including buckle.
