From a treasured personal collection is a vintage 1966 FRANCIE Hair Happenins Blue Mini Dress with white lace edging.
Condition:Fair vintage condition. Slight fraying of dress fabric at neckline. Some loose strands of lace. Some fading of the lace. Gently used and lovingly cared for. Comes from a smoke free and pet free home.
