I'm Not Really Sure What this is Supposed To Be.
Measures Approximately 3 1/2" Tall x 3 " Wide, Has a Hard Black Plastic Body With a Pencil Size Hole in The Bottom.No Arms or Legs ( It is Supposed To Be That Way) The Face Looks Like Rubber But It's Hard Like Plastic.Looks Like a Face Made By Rushton.Has a Super Big Nose and is Covered With Rabbit Fur.
I Remember When I Was About 5...-7 yrs Old My Dad Would Win Such Prizes atFairs and Rodeos.I Actually Think That's What It Is.That Would Date This Little Guy as Being Made In The Early 1960's.
