Vintage (1940 ' S ?) Straw Filled Large Teddy Bear W/ Rotating Head / Joints

I have for sale an early large teddy bear. I am guessing the 1940's.
As you can see in the photos his eyes are missing. Also. there's a hole towards his neck and a couple on the bottoms of both his feet. His arms, legs, and head all have a circular hard band where they are jointed. You can see this in the 6th photo above with his neck and head. This one is showing through when you pull back on his head but his arms and legs are hidden but you can feel them.
This is a large bear t...hat also has some weight to him. He weighs approximately 4 lbs.
