This is an antique doll with the makers mark or stamp om the back of the neck. The doll measures approx. 21"/22" tall. The stamp on the back is the mermaid symbol inside the shield which is for the company Celba celluloid Warenfabrik or Schoberl & Becker, a German doll making company. I believe the eyes are glass and the eyelashes appear to be real hair, as always please inspect photo's for most accurate description.
