Items are shipped straight from our warehouse in Katori, Japan. All items are shipped using DHL Express, which is a fast and trackable shipping method, and will require a signature on delivery. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping, and will ask you to cooperate with us to resolve cases with the local DHL office. As we are primarily a second-hand retailer, we have to list most of our items as Used. If the description says that it is Unopened, then for all intents and purposes it is like new (unless other damage is mentioned).
* When will my item be shipped?
We aim to get items shipped out within 24 hours after receiving payment. Please be aware that depending on what time your order is paid for it may take slightly longer (also please remember that we are in the Japan Standard Time (JST) time zone).
* Can you mark a lower price on the shipping invoice?
We are sorry, but declaring lower values on packages is against shipping regulations.
* Will you send a tracking number?
Yes. We only use registered shipping methods and will give you a tracking number as soon as possible.
* Will I need to sign for my item?
As we only ship with DHL on eBay, you will need to sign to receive your order. If your delivery happens while you are not home, please contact your local DHL office to re-arrange your delivery.
* Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been paid for, we might not be able to cancel it before it gets shipped. If this is the case, when your order arrives please do not accept delivery and it will be sent back to us.
