Vintage 3 Pc Japan Pink/Green Floral Stacked RARE Tea Pot & Heater Andrea by Sadek. 
This is a really beautiful hand painted tea pot/kettle with strainer inside of spout that is stacked on a matching tea light heater that you put your candle in.  Also includes one tea cup. Bottom of candle holder is marked with number 5630.  Gold trim. No breaks or chips. Only flaw is a dark mark at the top edge of the heater,   which I included a close up of in last picture....
