This is an authentic vintage antique used brass holder for a glass light fixture or lamp shade. It is marked HUBBELL and has a 1903 patent date. It was Made in USA. Shade holder threads to bulb socket, but needs an adapter that is not included in listing. It has three finger screws for holding shade. Holder takes a 2.25" shade at fitter.
