New KAUTZKY LAZY IKE 1 FISHING LURE - with documention - UNFISHED (never been out of the original box until I took the pictures). Shipped with USPS First Class Package. Brand new in 1959 when my uncle died.
I have added 2 photos of "Lazy Ike" testemonials.
My uncle was a real sportsman, and he had a handful of "Ikes".
On Jul-23-20 at 22:18:21 PDT, seller added the following information:I see that the testimonials include a reference to a muskie catch in 1951. ... So, I have to believe that this lure is from 1952 or perhaps 1953. I stated that my uncle died in 1959, but I think there would not be a testimonial from 1951 for a product in 1959. That is just too much of a stretch.
So, the lazy ike must be from 1952 or thereabouts.
