I bought the Liz Lamac collection from her son and daughter-in-law. Liz passed on July 4th. This jar belonged to her. For those who don't know, Liz wrote a book on Jumbo jars. I bought every jar she had pictured in her book. I will be selling them as time permits so stay on the look out.
This is the rare 1 LB. Dove Brand Prepared Mustard Jar. These are rare as you don't see them every day. Do a search and see how many you find. This is embossed with two Doves in the center of th...e jar with 1 LB. to the left. Above the Doves it has the words Dove Brand. Below it has Prepared Mustard. Colored With Turmeric. It is fully embossed with raised slanted ribs. On the back it has the words, "The Frank Tea & Spice Co. Cinnti., Ohio". This is the same company that made Jumbo Peanut Butter. On the bottom it is has the single number 5 and a large capital M. This jar has no flaws. No chips, scratches or bruises. It is clear as a bell.
