DescriptionPLEASE NOTE: Over the years I have squirrelled away a few clocks and am now having a bit of a clear out. So please have a look at my other auctions, and also pop back in a day or so and see what else I am listing.Due to their age, all my clocks are being SOLD AS SEEN. Any questions PLEASE SHOUT!Here we have a great Napoleon Hat style Westminster chime clock, made by the German manufacturer Herm...le.This came with some other clocks I recently bought. So I have run it for a few weeks as a test and it has given me no problems. Ticking, chiming and striking just as it should.Cosmetically the case is in pretty good nick. The worst is some missing beading, on the outer case at about 10 o'clock. The dial is a bit scuffed, and the rest is just minor age related, dinks.Although, this is working fine and I see no reason for that not to continue, due to age there are no guarantees. I think it most likely would benefit from a light service and oil.This comes with key and pendulum.Happy bidding!Approximate DimensionsInches: The case is: 9 high x 16.5 across x 6 deep. The face is 6 across. Centimeters: The case is: 23 high x 42 across x 15 deep. The face is 15 across. The last photograph in the series features a can (not part of the auction!) to give you a sense of scale.Postage And PackagingI try to charge the exact cost of postage (or close to it). To keep my costs down, and help the environment, I use recycled boxes and packaging where at all possible. I also take a great pride in making sure that your item is VERY well packaged and arrives with you in great shape.
