I am selling a very rare Stumpy that was built for smaller adult riders or teenagers. It is a 17" frame and is riding on 24" wheels to maintain its geometry. Neary all of the parts are original except for the seat (later Specialized seat), seat post, tires, and pedals (replacement Suntour copies). The bike rides smoothly and shifts and stops well.
