Very cool and rare item!  For those of you who are old enough to remember I think we all entered to win the Weekend w/ Van Halen and of course we didn't win!  :)
None the less here's an amazing piece of Van Halen history and a very cool item from that contest.  George Gerrity ran promotions for Van Halen and was instrumental in this contest which was so dang cool.  What the YouTube documentary and just see!  Real Van Halen know all about this cool piece!
...I tried to get some good pics without my feet in it or my dog or a glare, but it's in great shape!
