Dispatched with Royal Mail 1st Class.Very Rare - Men's Vintage "GUB / Limit international Gold Plated Automatic Mechanical 26 Jewel Wristwatch c/w Expanding metal strap and box. I don’t believe the strap and box are original, but I have seen the same strap on other previously listings for the same watch, so it might be original?.A rare watch as only as few were made for the export market... which is the reason this one is branded "Limit International".A "GUB / "Glashutter Uhrenbetrieb" Original" prestigious German made watch. Branded "Limit International" this watch was made in East Germany c1960 / 70's. Automatic caliber "75 Spezimatic" GUB movement 26 jewels Incabloc. 1965 -1980.Handsome gold bark effect dial with gold hands, black seconds hand, baton hour marks and a date window at 3 o'clock.Case sizes on most vintage watches were almost always smaller than today's models, this one 37mm.The back stainless steel case plate shows Numbers/ 803620 Shockproof / Waterproof / Made in GDR / GUBThe watch is In very good condition, minor surface scratches to the crystal and only minor signs of wear to the gold plated case. All working include date, but adjusting the date can take time as you have to wind on by the hour.Company originally founded in the 19th Century.
