For sale beautiful Swiss made 1970's Tissot Seastar watch.I bought this off a retired jeweller who used to stock Omega and Tissot.This was from the period that Tissot made quality watches in conjunction with Omega.The all stainless steel case is in superb condition (unpolished with brushed top finish and polished sides and bezel).It has a stunning blue dial with raised steel markers and tritium dots.It has original white hands with perfect aged in fill and correct second hand.It oozes ...vintage style and is a really beautiful dial.It states "swiss T made" at the base.
The watch has quick set date window at 3 (push in) and original signed crown.
It uses a high quality Tissot 24 jewel cal 2481 automatic movement which keeps excellent time even though I don't know when it was last serviced.
The movement was designed in conjunction with Omega.
The watch is 36.5mm in diameter without crown and 39.5mm with.
It is 41mm lug to lug and has 18mm lugs.
This is quite a rare Seastar with a stunning dial.
