Seiko 6309-7290 Diver's Watch. 150 Meter Water Resistant. Stainless Steel case, Automatic Winding.Serial Number on back is 744532 which would probably allow some dating of the manufacturing of this item. I am not a jeweler and also not a watch smith. Has a Seiko Band 7-22 Style from China currently installed, so that is not original. The Black Bezel has really good paint finish, I have seen many on here that look like they got dragged across the bot...tom of the pool. It is an automatic winding watch and would need to be worn for some time to get it wound back up or placed in one of those fancy watch winding storage/ display cases. This was my brothers and I don't have much history on it. I wish I had a more detailed history on it, but he took pretty good care of all of his possessions.
