DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS: I describe every item as accurately as possible because I want all buyers to be happy with their purchase and I want no returns. Note that I will rarely describe an item as Near Mint. I would rather describe it as Very Fine and have you think it's Near Mint when you get it, than the other way around. I had an ad for my Disneydom fanzine in the very first Overstreet Price Guide. Everything has been well-stored for decades. I'm not a dealer, just a guy selling some of his collections.
